MDGO Ltd. (“Company“, “we”, “us“) respects the privacy of the visitors and/or users of its Website (“User” or “you”), and is committed to protect the personal information that its Users share with it. We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we may collect and use when you visit and/or use our Website.

Capitalized terms which are not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our Terms of Use at  (“TOU“), into which this Privacy Policy is incorporated thereto by reference.

  1. Your Consent (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!)

BY ENTERING INTO, CONNECTING TO, ACCESSING AND/OR USING THE WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY (THE “PRIVACY POLICY“), INCLUDING TO THE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION (AS DEFINED BELOW). IF YOU DISAGREE TO ANY TERM PROVIDED HEREIN, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS AND/OR USE THE WEBSITE.

FOR AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION, PROCESSING, AND USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. YOU ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE AND CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE COMPANY WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND THAT SUCH INFORMATION IS VOLUNTARILY PROVIDED TO THE COMPANY.

  1. Which information we may collect on our Users?

We may collect two types of data and information from our Users:

  1. The first type of information is non-identifiable and anonymous information (“Non-personal Information”). We are not aware of the identity of the User from whom we have collected the Non-personal Information. Non-Personal Information is any unconcealed information which does not enable identification of an individual User, and which is available to us while such User is entering and/or using the Website. Non-personal Information which is being gathered consists of technical information, behavioral information and aggregated information, and may contain, among other things, the activity of the User on the Website, etc.
  2. The second type of information is individually identifiable information (“Personal Information”). This information may identify an individual or may be of a private and/or sensitive nature. Such information is listed in Section 3(b) below.

For avoidance of doubt, any Non-Personal Information connected or linked to any Personal Information shall be deemed as Personal Information as long as such connection or linkage exists.

  1. How Do We Collect Information on Our Users?

There are two main methods we use:

  1. We collect information through your entry, connection, access and/or use of the Website. In other words, when you are using the Service we are aware of it and may gather, collect and store the information relating to such usage, either independently or through the help of third-party service providers as detailed below.
  2. We collect information which you provide us voluntarily. In this respect, we collect Personal Information which you voluntarily provide when you
      1. Fill the contact form on the Website: (i) full name, (ii) e-mail address, (iii) name of company that you represent and (iv) message that you submit on the Website.
      2. Apply to vacancy and submit your curriculum vitae (the “CV”): (i) full name, (ii) e-mail, (iii) phone number and (iv) any other information included in your CV.

We may gather, collect and store the Personal Information either independently or through the help of authorized third-party service providers, as detailed below.

  1. What are the Purposes of the Collection of Information?

Non-personal Information is collected in order to help us generate statistics on the use of our Website.   

Personal Information is collected in order to:

  • respond to Website Users who seek more information about us and our products and services.
  • communicate with Website Users.
  • consider candidates’ CV.
  • send general commercial materials, as further detailed below.
  1. Sharing Information with Third Parties

As stated above, we strive to collect only the essential minimum data that we need on order to provide our Services. The Company does not sell the Personal Information it collects with any third party. However, the Company may share Personal Information in the following cases: (a) to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request; (b) to enforce this Privacy Policy and/or the TOU, including investigation of potential violations thereof; (c) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; (d) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of the Company, its Users, or the general public; (e) when the Company is undergoing any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of its assets; (f) to process, collect, hold and/or manage Personal Information through the Company’s affiliates, or third party service providers (including, as applicable, their affiliates as necessary to provide us with the requested services), as reasonable for business purposes, which may be located in a country that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction; and/or (g) pursuant to your explicit approval prior to the disclosure.

For avoidance of doubt, the Company may transfer and disclose Non-personal Information to third parties at its own discretion.

  1. Deletion or Modification of Personal Information

If for any reason you wish to delete or modify your Personal Information you can do so by sending us an e-mail of your request to the e-mail address appearing on the Website or in the “Contact us” form, and we will make reasonable efforts to modify or delete any such Personal Information pursuant to any applicable privacy laws. Note that unless you instruct us otherwise we may retain and use your Personal Information (even after the termination of your Account, if any), for as long as reasonably required for the purposes of which such Personal Information was collected, including without limitation, to comply with our legal or business requirements or obligations, to resolve disputes, and/or to enforce our Terms, all as permitted under any applicable privacy laws.

Aggregate and/or anonymous information derived from the use of the Service may remain on our servers indefinitely.

We take reasonable measures to maintain the security and integrity of our Website and User information and prevent unauthorized access to it or use thereof through generally accepted industry standard technologies and internal procedures. Please note, however, that there are inherent risks in transmission of information over the Internet or other methods of electronic storage and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or use of your Personal Information will never occur. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, HACKING, OR OTHER SECURITY INTRUSIONS OR THE THEFT, DELETION, CORRUPTION, DESTRUCTION, DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF ANY DATA OR INFORMATION.

  1. Links to Third Party Websites 

As detailed in our TOU, certain links provided herein permit our Users to leave the Website and enter third party sites or services. These linked sites and services are not under our control. Most of such linked sites and services provide legal documents, including terms of use and privacy policy, governing the use thereof. It is always advisable to read such documents carefully before using those sites and services, inter alia, in order to know what kind of information they are collecting.

  1. Direct Marketing

You hereby agree that we may use the contact details you provided us with (including, without limitation, e-mail address) for the purpose of providing you commercial and/or non-commercial materials related to our current and/or future products materials and services, in connection with marketing materials and in order to inform you regarding competitions we may hold.

You may withdraw your consent by sending a written notice to the Company’s e-mail address which appears in the Website or alternatively follow the instructions for removing yourself from the mailing list which are available in the message transmitted to you.

  1. Changes to the Privacy Policy

Section 13 of our TOU applies to changes in the TOU and/or our Privacy Policy.
